  • - What is the minimum order?
    You can enjoy the exquisite flavors of DELI BY CHELE with no minimum order.
  • - How may I pay?
    All payments are made via the website, through Xendit. You can use your Visa, Mastercard and any local and international Debit Card.
  • - Can I cancel an order?
    Your orders and pick up schedule are considered CONFIRMED once you have checked out and paid through our website. We cannot accept cancellation after check out and payment. We cannot accept cancellation after check out and payment. Should you need to reschedule, please contact us immediately via thru 09171602382 or email us at sales@delibychele.com at least 24hours before your scheduled pick up.
  • - Can I change my order?
    Your orders and delivery schedule are considered CONFIRMED once you have checked out and paid through our website. For any changes in your orders, please contact us immediately via thru 09171602382 or email us at sales@delibychele.com at least 24hours before your scheduled pick up. Please note that any changes to your orders depend on the current availability of stock item and/or product at the time of change, and should be within or more than the equivalent Peso value.
  • - I didn’t receive everything I ordered.

You may also fill out the customer inquiry form for any issues and/or concerns about the orders you have received. For a smoother transaction, please ensure you have your digital invoice ready as well as photos and/or videos of the products in question.
  • - There is something wrong with the items that I received.

You may also fill out the customer inquiry form for any issues and/or concerns about the orders you have received. For a smoother transaction, please ensure you have your digital invoice ready as well as photos and/or videos of the products in question. For perishable products, you have up to seven (7) days after delivery, or until the “Best By” date printed on the product — whichever is earlier — to contact us about the products. For frozen products, you have up to twenty-one (21) days after delivery to contact us about the products. Deli by Chele may require the return of the product with which you are dissatisfied, with its label and packaging intact, before any action is taken for substitution, replacement and/or credit voucher.

  • HEATING IN THE OVEN
    Our ARTISANAL BREADS are ready to eat. If you'd like to get a fresh-from-the-oven experience, we recommend the following: - Preheat oven to 200 degrees. - Remove the bread from greaseproof paper. - Heat in the oven for 5-10 minutes, depending on the crustiness you prefer. - Cut into slices for serving. - Enjoy it with our selection of Artisanal Jams, Preserves, Charcuterie or Pastrami.
  • STOVE TOP HEATING
    Our ARTISANAL BREADS are ready to eat. If you'd like to get a fresh-from-the-oven experience, we recommend the following: - Cut into slices for serving. - Drizzle with olive oil or butter. - Cook in a hot pan until toasted. - Enjoy it with our selection of Artisanal Jams, Preserves, Charcuterie or Pastrami.
  • USING A TOASTER OVEN
    Our ARTISANAL BREADS are ready to eat. If you'd like to get a fresh-from-the-oven experience, we recommend the following: - Cut into slices for serving. - Toast directly into a toaster or broiler until you reach your preferred crustiness. - Enjoy it with our selection of Artisanal Jams, Preserves, Charcuterie or Pastrami.
  • STOVE TOP HEATING
    Our Beef Brisket Pastrami is made with organic, grass-fed beef brisket. As it is New York Style, it is best eaten warm. We recommend to warm it up as follows: - In simmering water, immerse vacuum packed pastrami. - Simmer for 4-5 minutes. - Open vacuum pack, remove pastrami and let rest for another 5 minutes.
